PASSKEY is in it's beta phase right now but I will be purchasing it once it makes it's retail debut. So far they make the best no hassle free, does what it advertises, BD back up software i.e. SLYSOFT is the bar, I accept this but again I do appreciate FENGTAO for their products too.

If I have an occasional issue, I will use water to clean the disc. The disc is not scratched or smeared, either. Usually DVDFab will begin to read the disc before the copy process. It works better than AnyDVD on LIONSGATE DVD releases as it pertains to changing the DVD navigation so far, as PASSKEY while active and burning my titles using CloneDVD2 will allow your LIONSGATE title to begin from main menu. I have copied 5 discs out of a 6 set collection, but one of them will not read with DVDFab Meaning, when I insert the disc into my computer to copy it, NOTHING occurs.
It's DVDFAB's version of AnyDVD and I'm impressed. I was just passing by the DVDFAB site and stumbled upon it. I am, and I gotta say flat out "DVDFAB PASSKEY" works.
